In the presence of the University President and the assistants, as well as the deans of the formations, the fourteenth session of the University Council for the academic year 2022/2023 was held at the Southern Technical University. The session was initiated by the President of the University, Professor Dr. Rabiee Hashem Al-Abbasi, with the directives and decisions of the opinion body meeting. The Council discussed the approval of the final results for postgraduate students, and also discussed what has been accomplished regarding the creation of scientific journals. The attendees reviewed the statistics of international, local and institutional cooperation in Iraqi universities, in addition to the establishment of the Sustainable Building Research Center. The Council reviewed the book of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research regarding completing the requirements of the Bologna educational path in universities. The attendees then discussed the items on the agenda and took the necessary recommendations and decisions.
