The twelfth session of the academic year 2022/2023 was held at the Southern Technical University in the presence of the University President, Prof. Dr. Rabiee Hashim Al Abbasi, assistants, as well as deans of the University formations. The president of the University began the session with instructions and guidance on the exhibition of scientific results, which was recently organized by the University, stressing that the participants in the subsequent courses should be separately for students and professors, praising the important scientific achievement that could be benefited from at the government and private levels, Abbasi talked about the preparations for the final exams, the dates of the second round exams and the results of the experimental evaluation exam, stressing the importance of taking into account punctuality and preparing all the necessary requirements for their success. The council also reviewed the Proceedings of the Central Student Research Scientific Conference, in which 15 research papers were distributed among the University formations, where the three winning researchers were honored by the president of the university to encourage and appreciate their efforts in this field. The council discussed the final exams and set the date of the calendar exam, then the council moved on to discuss the items included in its agenda, taking the necessary decisions and recommendations
