The Administrative Technical College, Basra, within the Southern Technical University, in cooperation with the General Secretariat of the Hussain Shrine, Department of Religious Affairs, Division of Religious Communication, organized an intellectual dialogue symposium on wrong behaviors and a positive lifestyle
The symposium in which the Director of the Religious Communication Division at the Hussainiya Shrine, Sheikh Fahim Al-Ibrahimi, taught an axis on how to adopt initiatives that raise the cultural level and intellectual awareness of young people to combat negative phenomena in society.
And provide a positive model that allows them to achieve a new life style .
The symposium was attended by the dean of the college as well as its professors and a group of students.
The importance of extra-curricular activities in promoting the concept of joint work among young people was discussed, as it makes the arena open to renewing and exchanging ideas.
From his part, the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Jaber Hussein, explained the university’s vision, goals, and its adoption of initiatives for students.
Pointing to the need to hold social, educational and scientific seminars as it is in the interest of youth.
