The dissertation presented by the student, Naeb Faisal Hussein, has dealt with a comparison between two methods to improve power extraction from the photovoltaic system, the first is the use of disturbance and monitoring, and the second proposed is the method of fuzzy logic control. The study has recommended the possibility of extracting a big quantity of additional power from the photovoltaic unit by using a maximum energy point tracer based on fuzzy logic.
